When you book your journey you will receive an email confirmation, then no less than 24hrs before your journey will be assigned to a driver and you will receive an email and text message with your driver’s contact and vehicle details.
Absolutely! One of our most loved features is that you can travel with your favourite drivers time and time again. When you have completed your first journey you will be sent our 360° customer survey where you can rate your driver. Rate them highly and they will be your nominated preferred driver. However if you rate them poorly we will ensure that they will never pick you up again.
This depends on how your bills are being paid, as an NDIS client we can arrange for your bills to be paid directly by your plan manager, or NDIA. If you are self-managed you can pay for your travel at booking.
No problem. We understand that sometimes you might not click with your driver. After your journey you will be sent our 360° customer survey where you can rate your driver. Rate them highly and they will be your nominated preferred driver. However if you rate them poorly we will ensure that they will never pick you up again. If there has been an issue that you are not comfortable with or would like to report bad service, please call us immediately. GPU is customer focussed and our drivers understand that any poor service will result in them being blocked for driving for us. We guarantee to respond and begin to resolve to your issue within 24hrs
This depends on who is paying the bills and whether your plan has transport allocated or you would like to use CORE funding. This process can take between 1 day to a couple of weeks.
