Booking Conditions We provide instant booking confirmation after clicking "Book" for all bookings made 12 hours or more in advance. Your booking will be confirmed and you will receive confirmation of your pickup time (non Airport Pickups) and driver details no later than 24 hour prior to departure. Departure Bookings: When booking a Shared Shuttle service, please understand that there will be other passengers on the shuttle and we may need to pick you up earlier than a private transfer in order to collect additional passengers and ensure everyone arrives on time to the airport. Airport arrivals: When booking a Shared Shuttle your driver is scheduled to meet 25 minutes (Domestic Flights) or 1 hour (International Flights) after the flight arrives and will meet you at the specified meeting point inside the terminal (Provided on booking confirmation email) We do not charge for flight delays, but if your arriving flight is significantly delayed we may reschedule your transfer on a later shuttle service so as to not inconvenience other passengers travelling on the scheduled shuttle. If you are significantly delayed beyond our scheduled meeting time after flight arrival please contact your driver to advise. Please do not spend excessive time within the terminals shopping or for other reasons and be considerate of other passengers who wish to leave in a timely manner after arrival. Booking Fees: Online Bookings: $1 per booking (included in online quote) Phone Bookings: $5 per booking If a booking change is required within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, change requests are not able to be received via email. Booking changes within 24 hours must be updated online or directly with our call centre on +61299841420. Please Note: If you are unable to locate your driver at pick up point, first call the driver on their contact number provided or call us on +61299841420. If you leave the pick up address without attempting to contact us we will deem the service a "No Show" and a full cancellation charge will apply. We no longer facilitate the transport of Pets with our service regardless of whether they are contained within an airport approved carrier. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm. Please call us with any enquiries on 02 9984 1420 between these times. To make a booking outside of these hours please book online and you will receive instant confirmation for all bookings made 12 hours or more in advance.
